Our globally-linked marketing network is one of the most fulfilling financial reward system. Sales accumulation and rank promotion are based on Point Value (PV) system. Following is the overview of our compensation structure with Type of Retail Profit, Entry Point and Total Payout for each Rank.

As mentioned above, that the promotion scheme is based on Point Value (PV), the following table provides the Franchisee Entry Level for different coutries to join as a member and PV / Currency Conversion Ratio.

Compensation Plan-Benefits




How is our marketing plan different from other networking companies? Below are the essence of our marketing plan:
1.

Point Value System

  Sales accumulation and rank promotion are based on Point Value (PV), depending on the the network structure that will eventually be formed.
2. Over-riding
  Upline will be able to over-ride the downlines accordingly to the rank or commission difference for unlimited levels e.g. Marquis vs Count, Count vs Franchisee etc.
3. No Over-taking of rank
  For Count and below, there will be no over-taking of rank, the push up method applies. For downline who has moved up to Marquis before the upline, this is just a temporary break away. The upline will still be able to over-ride the Count generation bonus. When upline has completed his/her Marquis's challenge, he will over-ride the downline Marquis' production. This is for an unlimited period.
4. Sales Accumulation
  Our marketing plan is based on sales accumulation e.g. the Marquis's challenge within any 3 consecutive months- unlimited tries. The sales figures will not be reset to zero, unlike other network marketing companies.
5. No Demotion
  As mentioned above, there will be no over-taking of rank. Furthermore, once rank secured, remains forever and over-ride accordingly when monthly maintenance is taken care of. There will be no demotion even if the line is inactive.
6. PV is guaranteed at 1:1 ratio
  A very important factor - some network marketing companies will vary their ratio. In some network marketing companies, within 1 to 2 years, the company will raise the price of the products and reduce the PV ratio, which will ultimately affect the earnings of the networkers.
7. Total Payout = 70%
  In our marketing plan, the total pay out to the distributors is as high as 70% (see point 18 on commission structure). The higher you secure your rank, the more you benefit. The rank of Grand Duke with the qualifying discount 42% is one of the highest in the market.
8. Point System
  Our company uses a point system for calculation of all generation and profit sharing bonuses except for Count generation bonus which is calculated on the total purchases of products. This is a very fair system, the distributors who work harder will earn more profit sharing.
9. Repeat bonuses
  When one secured a higher rank for example a Marquis, the distributors will be able to earn repeat bonuses throughout the whole network structure. Refer below the commission structure.
10. Good Rewards
  As mentioned in point #2, a distributor is able to over-ride the difference in percentage for unlimited levels, i.e. Count vs Franchisee. If you are a Marquis and above, you will be able to earn the additional bonuses beyond the 6th generations.
11. Qualification of Ranks
  When one distributor secures a higher rank e.g. buy-up Count in the beginning of the month, he/she will enjoy the over-riding immediately the following day. And he/she will be a qualified Count on the 1st of the follow month.
12. Our network is willable
  if there is no will written, the company will follow the intestate laws of the respective country (In Singapore, this is called the Intestate Succession Act).
13. The Benefits
  The basic requirement for Count generation bonuses is that there must be at least 5 direct active counts to over-ride up to 5th generation. The 6th direct Count will enjoys the 6th generation. This is provided that 6 direct Counts or their respective downlines take care of their monthly maintenance. However, if only 4 Counts are active, that means you only over-ride up to 4th generation – 5%, 3%, 2% and 1%.
14. The Benefits
  No worry of downlines moving up faster than upline, as the reward entitlement for upline will still remain.
15. No pressure of promotion
  For example a distributor is able to accumulate 360,000 PV for an unlimited period to quality for Count rank.
16. Low maintenance
  Personal Sales of 5.000 PV and Group Sales (from Baron and below) of 15,000 PV. Marquis need a total group sales of 2,400,000 PV in order to qualify for the Marquis global profit sharing of 1.5%. No minimum requirement is necessary for Duke rank and above.
17. Use of Push-up Method
  Our marketing plan provides the push-up method. Some network marketing companies once the downlines achieved a higher rank, they will move up the hierarchy without pushing up the upline.

19. International Sponsoring
  If you have any downlines overseas, you only need to take care of your monthly maintenance in your country or any authorized stockist worldwide. Unlike most network marketing companies, our company provides international sponsoring. Why most of other network companies are not able to have international sponsoring, one of the reasons is the risk of currency instability in some Countries.
